It started as a very specific observation: users noticed the model behavior shift, posted receipts, got the usual calm corporate shrug, then watched the company acknowledge the issue once the screenshots stacked too high to ignore.
That whole cycle felt too ridiculous to summarize in a normal blog post alone. So I turned it into a track.
