If you need help, and would like to contact a staff member, but don't know who to contact, well thats what this is here for. Maybe you need help in neopets, but the only staff member on plays Maple Story. WHO YOU GONNA CALL?

Types of staff
Not everyone can do everything, so before you decide to pick the first mod you see online, decide first if that mod is going to be able to help you with your problem.

• Administrating Dogs
  An administrating dog is the highest possible rank. They are Gods of slopdog and can do anything from changing your name to fixing your rep, you name it, they can do it. These users are drew010 and viralremix. Viralremix is the more active one, if you must contact an admin, she is probably the one you want to contact.
• S-Moderating Dogs
  An S-Mod can delete/edit posts and boards, edit topic titles, sticky/move boards, add polls to boards, give infractions, and ban/unban users. S-Mods of slopdog are
  XR,
  Bailey,
  Senpai, and
  Mrs. Morris
  
• Moderating Dogs
  Mods can delete/edit posts and boards, edit topic titles, sticky/move boards in the sections they moderate, give infractions, and ban users. These users are Emmmmrz, Clover, Denali,
  Feather,
  Stephaniie, and KTROO.

• GFX Leaders
  These are the leaders of the Graphics sections. They organize any contests going on, and moderate the graphics sections. These users are Syruz and Xelfer_Snogard.
• Programming Leader
  These are the leaders of the Programming sections. They will check pending programs for scamming mechanisms, make sure they're safe for our users, and approve them. They can also mod in the programming sections. These users are BarCode, Fletch, and Kyodai.

Contacting staff off slopdog
Lets face it. PM's are handy, but are they going to get the message right away? If you would like a one on one conversation with a mod, you may want to try contacting them over an instant messaging service. Heres what you're going to need to do so. The best thing to do is to use the report button! By doing this, it sends an email to all moderators of the section you are reporting something in.

Issue-specific
Another way to figure out what mod you need to contact, is by finding out if they even can help you. For example, if you need help with something involving neopets, you don't want to contact a mod who doesn't play neopets. If you need help with something involving Maple Story, you want to contact someone who plays Maple Story. Note though, that just because these mods play these games, it does not mean that they mod in those sections. It just means they play the game.
